About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Aircraft Jet Card Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in private aviation and luxury travel sales. The right candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value deals, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position involves selling jet card memberships, engaging with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, and providing tailored private aviation solutions. Additionally, the candidate must be able to identify, acquire, and effectively utilize lists of high-net-worth individuals and business prospects to ensure targeted outreach and maximize sales opportunities.

The role also includes servicing clients post-sale, which involves sourcing and coordinating trips for sold jet cards, requiring strong experience in private aviation logistics and trip management.


Location: Remote


Schedule: The candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, but should also be comfortable with a flexible schedule based on business needs. This role may require extended hours, evening, or weekend availability to accommodate client demands and sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive jet card sales by engaging with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, delivering customized private aviation solutions that align with their travel needs. 
  • Develop, manage, and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects, consistently identifying new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, acquire, and utilize targeted lists of high-net-worth individuals and business prospects to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Provide expert consultation on jet card memberships, educating clients on benefits, pricing structures, and tailored travel solutions.
  • Service existing clients by sourcing and coordinating trips for sold jet cards, ensuring seamless execution of their travel needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to ensure repeat business and high-value referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies, enhance lead generation efforts, and optimize client acquisition.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to proactively position FlyUSA as a premier provider of private aviation services.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in private jet sales, charter sales, or high-value aviation-related sales, with a strong understanding of the luxury travel market.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing high-value deals.
  • Established network and industry connections within private aviation, luxury travel, or high-net-worth client sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage and retain clients.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently while excelling in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools, with strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to interact with high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives.
