Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Revenue Management to lead the optimization of fleet scheduling, sales strategy, and financial oversight for our operations. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue while maintaining a strong focus on financial stewardship for both FlyUSA and our aircraft owners. The ideal candidate will be proactive in optimizing flight schedules, driving sales, reducing operational costs, and ensuring efficiency across all aspects of fleet and revenue management.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute revenue optimization strategies to maximize aircraft utilization while balancing owner flights, charter demand, and repositioning needs.
  • Lead sales initiatives by identifying and capitalizing on revenue opportunities, working closely with charter sales and wholesale partners.
  • Monitor and manage crew scheduling to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with duty time and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with aircraft owners and management teams to ensure their aircraft are scheduled in a way that minimizes costs while maintaining availability for their needs.
  • Oversee trip closeouts, identifying billing discrepancies, overcharges, and inefficiencies, and negotiating with vendors such as FBOs, maintenance providers, and ground transportation services to secure the best rates.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive data to ensure FlyUSA’s charter pricing remains aligned with industry demand.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities that benefit both FlyUSA and aircraft owners by improving efficiency in scheduling, crew assignments, and vendor relations, ensuring optimal pricing and service agreements.

Qualifications:
  • Strong background in revenue management, sales strategy, or business development, with experience optimizing financial performance.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and negotiate pricing with vendors and partners to maximize profitability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments and external partners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, financial oversight, and operational planning.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to support revenue-driven decision-making.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach to managing dynamic operational challenges.
  • Experience in sales, revenue management, logistics, or fleet optimization is preferred.
