We are currently hiring an A&P Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and safety of our Dassault Falcon Jet fleet. This role involves performing maintenance and inspections, managing administrative tasks, and collaborating with external providers, all while adhering to industry regulations. Flexibility for after-hours and weekend work is essential, and the ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively will be crucial for success.

Location: Tampa, Florida (KTPA)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and inspections on Falcon 2000s & Falcon 50EX aircraft, with the potential to work on other high-end corporate/business jets as needed.
  • Manage and update maintenance tracking systems, and coordinate with outside providers to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
  • Ensure all work meets Part 135 Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company safety standards.
  • Keep a safe, organized, and efficient work environment where quality and attention to detail are always a priority.
  • Be adaptable and available for after-hours and weekend work when needed to keep the fleet in top condition.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years (or more) of experience working on Falcon 2000s and Falcon 50s, including inspecting, maintaining, and repairing.
  • Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate from an FAA-approved program.
  • Knowledge of FAR 135 regulations and experience with commercial aviation standards.
  • Proficiency with aircraft maintenance tracking systems like CMP and CAMP, as well as basic MS Word and Excel.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of safety, compliance, and quality control in every aspect of the job.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Inspection Authorization (IA) is a big plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience dealing with AOG situations, so you know how to handle those high-pressure moments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, taking initiative when needed.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically and solve problems fast.
  • Experience with other corporate jets (like Citations (500, 560) or Hawkers) is a plus and could offer extra variety in the work you’ll do.
