Position Summary

  • Position: Captain

  • Aircraft: Citation CJ3, CE-525

  • Location: Tampa, FL (KTPA)

  • Operation: Part 135

  • Position Type: Full-time

  • Salary: Competitive
     

Note: While this is an airport-based role, FlyUSA prefers candidates who are based in Central Florida or the greater Tampa Bay area for operational readiness.


Minimum Requirements

  • 3000 hours Total Time

  • 2000 hours Total PIC

  • 200 hours PIC Time in Type

  • 2000 hours Multi-Engine

  • 1800 hours Multi-Engine PIC

  • 1750 hours Turbine

  • Typed and current in CE-525 series

  • ATP

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong, proactive decision-making

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license

  • Clear pre-employment drug screen and background check

  • First Class Medical

  • FCC Restricted Radio License

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

  • Current passport

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Part 135 experience

  • Time in additional Citation variants

  • Strong employment history and clean FAA record

  • Long-term career mindset with interest in future upgrades and growth
