We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our FBO team at Clearwater Executive Airport (KCLW). This frontline role is critical to the airport experience, providing direct service to arriving and departing aircraft, coordinating ground services, and delivering hospitality to flight crews and passengers. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in FBO operations, a deep understanding of aviation customer service, and a passion for exceeding expectations in every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist aircraft owners, passengers, and crew with professionalism and hospitality
- Coordinate fuel, towing, hangar, ground transportation, and catering requests with the line service team
- Communicate with pilots via radio or phone to coordinate ramp services and ensure a smooth arrival experience
- Track aircraft movements and assist with tenant needs, including scheduling, communication, and service requests
- Manage front desk duties including answering phones, handling payments, and processing reservations using FBO management systems
- Maintain daily checklists and ensure facility cleanliness, readiness, and safety protocols are upheld
- Support special guest requests and anticipate customer needs to deliver a world-class experience
- Collaborate with line service and leadership to support safe, efficient, and professional FBO operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an FBO CSR is preferred
- Experience with FBO point-of-sale and management systems such as X-1 FBO is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with tracking aircraft activity and working with flight crews and tenants
- Comfortable using aviation software, multi-line phone systems, and general office tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Passion for hospitality and a team-first mindset is essential
